The apartment
- All 3 bedrooms are equipped with a television, a bathroom with a bathtub, a hairdryer and a towel warmer
- The dining room and living room, approximately 45m2, are located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden and terrace (not private)

The Manoir de Mathan is a place where people come to relax; festive evenings are not appropriate.
Practical information
Our luxury apartment with kitchen is open all year round.
Breakfast service is available when the hotel is open (contact reception for more information).
- The apartment is available from 3pm. This time can be brought forward if the room was not rented the day before; in this case, you can contact us by phone at 02.31.21.38.66.
- The apartment must be vacated by 12pm at the latest.
- The balance of your stay will be due upon arrival. Payment is accepted by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), cash, or bank check. We do not accept American Express.
Cleaning & towel replacement
- For the prestige apartment, cleaning is not done daily; by contacting reception you can request that your towels be changed regularly.
- It is also possible to arrange occasional cleaning (changing sheets, towels and cleaning…) for an additional €30 per room per visit.
- To help us organize our schedules, we ask that you make your request the day before our chambermaid's visit.
Equipment
- Linen is provided: beds (duvets, sheets, pillowcases), bathroom (towels and bath mat), kitchen (tea towels)
- The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and various dishes. Condiments are not provided.
- It is possible to have breakfast on site by booking the day before with reception.
- Separate beds are available and a baby cot can be provided upon request before your arrival.
- Parking spaces in the inner courtyard are available at no extra charge.
