Practical information
Our residential rooms with kitchens are open all year round.
Breakfast service is available when the hotel is open (contact reception for more information).
- The room is available from 3pm. This time can be brought forward if the room was not rented the day before; in this case, you can contact us by phone at 02.31.21.38.66.
- The room must be vacated by 12pm at the latest.
- The balance of your stay will be due upon arrival. Payment is accepted by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), cash, or bank check. We do not accept American Express.
Cleaning & towel replacement
- For residential rooms with kitchens, cleaning is not done daily; by contacting reception you can request that your towels be changed regularly.
- It is also possible to arrange occasional cleaning of your room (changing sheets, towels and cleaning…) for an additional €30 per room per visit.
- To help us organize our schedules, we ask that you make your request the day before our chambermaid's visit.
Equipment
- Linen is provided: beds (duvets, sheets, pillowcases), bathroom (towels and bath mat), kitchen (tea towels)
- The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and various dishes. Condiments are not provided.
- Breakfast is available on site by booking the day before with reception
- Possibility of 2 separate beds and a baby cot can be provided on request before your arrival.
- A parking space in the inner courtyard is available at no extra charge.
For everyone's comfort, we ask that you smoke outdoors
The day of your departure
Please, before leaving:
- wash the dishes
- take the rubbish outside
- Empty and turn off the refrigerator
- empty the dishwasher
