The apartment
- The 3 bedrooms are all equipped with TV, a bathroom with bath, hair dryer and towel dryer
- The dining room and the living room of approximately 45m2 is on the ground floor with direct access on the garden and the terrace (not private)
- Fully equipped independent kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter), kettle, dishes, etc.)
- Free wifi
The Mathan manor is a place where you come to rest, the festive evenings are not appropriate.
Practical information
Our prestige apartment with kitchen is open all year round
- The apartment is available from 3 p.m. This schedule can be anticipated if the room has not been rented the day before, in this case you can contact us by phone on 02.31.21.38.66.
- The apartment must be released at the latest at 12 noon.
- The balance of your stay will be paid when you arrive. Payment possible by bank card (visa, mastercard), species, bank check. We do not accept the American Express.
Cleaning & renewal of towels
- For the Prestige apartment, the cleaning is not done daily, by contacting the reception you can request the renewal of your towels regularly.
- It is also possible to punctually plan the cleaning (change of sheets, towels and cleaning, etc.) for an additional € 30 per room and per passage.
- To facilitate the organization of our schedules, we thank you for making the request the day before before the passage of our maid.
Equipment
- Household linen is provided: beds (duvets, sheets, pillowcases), bathroom (towels and bath mats), kitchen (tea towels)
- The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter), kettle, bread grid, various dishes. The condiments are not provided.
- Possibility to have breakfast on site by reserving the day before with the reception.
- Possibility of separate beds and provision of a baby bed on request before your arrival.
- Parking spaces in the interior courtyard are available free of charge.
